Bangladesh got off to a flying start in the AFC U-16 Women's Championship Qualifiers-2 as they dumped their Philippines counterparts by 10-0 goals in the Group B match in a one-sided affair held at Mandalar Thiri Stadium in Myanmar on Wednesday, reports BSS.
Bangladesh clearly dominated the first half by 6-0 lead and they maintained their dominance till the last whistle. A hat-trick from striker Tahura Khatun while Shamsunnahar Jr and Anuching also scored a brace and Shamsunnahar Sr. Nila and Maria Manda scored one goal each for Bangladesh.
The girls in red and green added four more goals in the second half.
