Bangladesh, Sri Lanka 3-day U-19 match end in draw

The three-day match between touring Bangladesh Under-19 team and hosts Sri Lanka Under-19 ended in draw at the Colts Cricket ground in Colombo Monday, reports UNB.
Sri Lanka, which scored 329 runs in the first innings after winning the toss, resumed the second innings today with overnight 41 for 1 declared the innings at 178 for 4 in 32 overs.
Visiting Bangladesh Under-19 team, which scored 228 runs in the first innings, in their second innings scored 222 runs for 6 wickets in 66 overs at stumps on the third and last day.
Mahmudul Hasan scored not out 81, Nasir made 64 and Mithun Ali 23 for the tourists.
Bangladesh will play their Sri Lankan counterparts in the next three-day match beginning on July 12.
