Bangladesh to play Jordan today

Bangladesh National Football team will play their home match of the FIFA World Cup and AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers against top ranking Jordan today at 5 pm at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the city, reports UNB.

Private Satellite TV Channel 9 will telecast the match live from country's premier sports venue.

The Jordan National Football Team, which arrived in the capital on Saturday afternoon, made their practice on the Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club ground on Sunday. The Bangladesh national team also made their practice at the same venue and same time.

The BFF announced the rate of ticket for the match with gallery ticket at Tk 50 and VIP ticket at Tk 100 each.

Bangladesh conceded 0-5 goal defeat to Asian champions and four-time World Cupper Australia in their away match of the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers at the NIB Stadium in the Australian city of Perth last Thursday.
