Bangladesh U-17 team earn 7-wicket win over CAB

Bangladesh Under-17 team earned a convincing seven-wicket victory over touring Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) Under-17 side in the 2nd one-day match in Sylhet Divisional Stadium Wednesday, reports UNB.
Batting first after winning the toss, CAB Under-17 team were all out for 143 in 48.1 overs with opener Eshwaran scoring 31 runs and lower order Kaushik Mondal 28 runs.
Zubair Hossain and Taskin Ahmed took two wickets each for 23 and 29 runs respectively.
In reply, hosts Under-17 team easily reached their target scoring 147 runs in 30.1 overs for the loss of 3 wickets.
Opener Arafat Sunny contributed not out 67 off 90 balls with seven fours and was adjudged man of the match while Mosaddek Hossain scored not out 46 runs off 38 balls with six fours.
Pritom Chakraborty took two wickets for 12 runs.
