Bangladesh U-19-Pakistan U-19 match drawn

The four-day tour opener between visiting Bangladesh Under-19 and Pakistan Under-19 team ended in a draw on the 4th and final day at the Karachi National Stadium Friday, reports UNB.
Chasing a target of 289, the Pakistan Under-19 team scored 70 for 1 in the second innings when the match ended in a draw. Pacer Dollar Mahmud took the lone wicket for 18 runs.
Earlier, the Bangladesh U-19 team resumed their second innings with their score of overnight 58 for 3 and were all out for 273 runs with the help of two fifties from Marshall Ayub and Ronny Talukder.
Marshall contributed 59 runs while Ronny made 53. Pacer Dollar Mahmud also scored a handy 32.
Earlier, the Pakistan U-19 team scored 328 runs in their first innings in response to the visitor's first innings total of 343.
The Bangladesh U-19 will travel to Hyderabad to play the first two one-day matches on Nov 26 and Nov 28 at the Niaz Stadium.
After traveling back to Karachi, the third one-day match between the two youth teams will be played on December 2 at the DHA Ground. The 4th one-day match will be held at the Quaid-e-Azam Park (Steel Mills Karachi) on Dec 5 and the 5th and last one-day match on Dec 7 at the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) ground.
