Baridhara force Chittagong Abahani to play 2-2 draw

Coming from 0-2 behind, Uttar Baridhara Club forced Chittagong Abahani Limited to play 2-2 draw in the 12-team Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football at the Sheikh Fazlul Haque Moni Stadium in Gopalganj on Wednesday, reports UNB.

After day's 20th round match, Chittagong Abahani remained at 7th slot in the league table securing points while Uttar Baridhara is still under trap securing points.

In the day's match, local forward Sakahwat Hossain put Ctg Abahani ahead in the 10th minute (1-0) while medio Arifur Rahman doubled the Abahani lead in the 36th minute (2-0) to dominate the first half by 2-0 goals.
