BD make big gains in ICC Women's T20 rankings

Bangladesh cricketers made a significant leap in the ICC women's T20 rankings following an unbeaten run in the Women's T20 World Cup Qualifiers, reports BSS.

The Tigresses, as they are adorably called, secured their place in the ICC Women's T20 World Cup, scheduled to be held in England and Wales in June-July, after topping the qualifiers with seven consecutive victories.

The team's collective effort during the tournament was reflected in the latest rankings update, with several Bangladeshi players making

notable gains.

Sobhana Mostari, captain Nigar Sultana Joty, and opener Dilara Akhtar impressed with the bat, leading to improved rankings.
