BD to play hosts Tajikistan today

Touring Bangladesh will play hosts Tajikistan in their last Group D match of the AFC Under-19 Women's Championship Qualifiers at Hisor Central Stadium in Dushanbe in Tajikistan today (Sunday), reports UNB.

Bangladesh were eliminated from the four-team Group D after suffering two consecutive defeats to Asian giant South Korea by 0-7 goals and Chinese Taipei by 0-2 goals.

Bangladesh's encounter against Tajikistan is nothing but to complete group fixture as only six champions and two best runners-up will play in the next round of the meet.

Ahead of the match against Tajikistan, Bangladeshi players took part in a recovery session at Gym on Saturday.
