BDR Inter-Sector Wrestling begins in Ctg today

Bangladesh Rifles Inter Sector Wrestling Competition, organised by 28 Riffle Battalion and supervised by BDR Chittagong Sector, will begin in the port city today (Sunday), reports UNB.

Some 12 sector-level teams will take part in the five-day meet. The teams are Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Dinajpur, Dhaka, Comilla, Mymensingh, Rangpur, Kushtia, Chittagong, Rangamati and Khagrachhari.

The competition will also be held in eight weight categories. These are 45-52 kg, 55 kg, 60 kg, 66kg, 74 kg, 84 kg (open), 96 kg (open) and 96-120 kg (open).

BDR sector commander of Chittagong will formally inaugurate the meet.
