BFF extends tenure of BD coach Kruif

The tenure of Bangladesh National Football team's head coach Lodewijk de Kruif has been extended until the AFC Under-23 Championship Qualifiers to be held in Bangladesh next March, reports UNB.

Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) rewarded the 45-year old Dutch head coach de Kruif as hosts Bangladesh team performed well under him to finish runners-up in the just concluded six-team Bangabandhu Gold Cup International Football Tournament in Dhaka.

Bangladesh Under-23 football team, which has been placed in Group E of the AFC meet along with Syria, Uzbekistan and India, will play Syria on March 27, Uzbekistan on March 29 and India on March 31.
