Biren in BD athletes’ camp at Asian Games

INCHEON, Sept 20 (BSS): State Minister for Youth and Sports Biren Sikder, MP, surprised everyone in the Bangladesh contingent by making his visit to the Asian Games Village at Incheon Saturday.

He was accompanied by Chairman of the Parliament Sports Committee Mohammad Zahid Ahsan Russel, MP, his wife Mrs Tahera Khadeja, Nahim Razzaq, MP, Kabirul Haque, MP, joint secretary of sports ministry Zakir Ahmed and PS to the state Minister Ranjit Kumar Das.

The state minister was received by Chef-de-Mission and BOA's Vice President, Shaikh Bashir Ahmed Mamun and Deputy chef-de- Mission and BOA'S Deputy Secretary General Badal Roy and team doctor Prof Dr Zakir Ahmed.

The minister urged the athletes to give their best and bring laurel for the country.
