Biren off to Scotland

State Minister for Youth and Sports Biren Sikder left for Scotland Saturday to join the sports ministers' meeting for the 20th Commonwealth Games scheduled to be held from July 23 to August 3, reports BSS.
The meeting will be held on July 21 in Glasgow. He will return home on July 31.
