The 2nd Citi Cup Golf Tournament, organised by Citibank, NA, began at Kurmitola Golf Club Thursday, said a press release.
Commandant of National Defence College ATM Zahirul Alam inaugurated the two-day event. Managing Director and Citi Country Officer Mamun Rashid was also present.
The tournament ends Friday evening with prize distribution among the winners followed by raffle draw and a grand gala dinner.
Some 500 golfers including diplomats, leading businessmen and noted personalities participated in the tournament.
A total of 17 winners in different categories were awarded.
