City Corp XI beat Green team

CHITTAGONG, Dec 30 (UNB): Chittagong City Corporation Eleven beat their Green team by seven wickets in a match of the CJKS Ispahani Premier Division Cricket League here Tuesday.

City Corporation Green team batted first and were all out for 88 in 36.5 overs with Shahadat Hossain making 32 runs.

Raihan claimed four wickets for 10 runs.

In reply, City Corporation Eleven easily reached their target scoring 92 runs for 3 wickets in 24.4 overs with Abu Newaz contributing not out 26, Iqbal Ahmed 25 and Ziauddin Ahmed not out 20.

Saddam Hossain grabbed two wickets for 13 runs.

In the Chittagong First Division Cricket League, Customs, Excise & VAT Club defeated Rafa Cricket Club by 20 runs.
