Chittagong Abahani edged past their arch-rival Chittagong Mohammedan by a solitary goal in a match of the Citycell Bangladesh League at the MA Aziz Stadium Monday, reports UNB.
After the barren first half, Mithun Chowdhury scored the all-important goal for the winners in the 52nd minute.
In the day's other match, Arambagh KS forced Brothers Union Club to play a goalless draw at the Bangabandhu National Stadium (BNS).
