DUBAI, Jul 23 (AFP): England have been fined for a slow over-rate during their 115-run win over Australia in the second Ashes Test at Lord's, the International Cricket Council (ICC) announced Wednesday.
Match referee Jeff Crowe imposed the fine after Andrew Strauss's side were ruled to be two overs short of their target at the end of the match Monday when time allowances were taken into consideration.
