First int'l women basketball series begins Nov 23

BBF has formed the National Women Basketball team taking players from various colleges and universities of the country.

Bangladesh Basketball Federation (BBF) is organising for the first time an International Women Basketball series between Bangladesh Women Team, and Tripura State Team of India at Dhanmondi Gymnasium, Dhaka from November 23-27.
21 member Tripura team will arrive Dhaka on 23 Nov.
In this connection, BBF has also formed the women team, the first time in the country. The players are from various colleges and universities and have undertaken two months' training.
There will be three matches between the two teams at Dhanmondi Basketball Gymnasium.
