Holders BJMC and runners-up Bangladesh Ansar & VDP again reached the final of the Basic Bank 18th National Women's Handball Champio-nship eliminating their rivals in the semi-finals at the Outer Stadium Handball court Sunday, reports UNB.
The two giants of the country's women's handball -- BJMC and Ansar & VDP -- will meet in the final on Tuesday at 2:30pm at the same venue.
Basic Bank managing director AH Ekbal Hossain will be the chief guest in the final.
The third place-deciding match between two losing semifinalists -- Dhaka and Faridpur DSAs -- will be held today (Monday).
In the day's semi-finals, Bangladesh Ansar & VDP beat Dhaka DSA by 25-5 goals after leading the first half 10-4 while BJMC outclassed Faridpur DSA by 27-4 goals after dominating the first session 13-3.
