ICC President greets Tigers

Planning Minister and International Cricket Council (ICC) President AHM Mustafa Kamal congratulated the Bangladesh cricket team for their victory over England of the World Cup Cricket- 2015 that saw the Tigers into the quarter-finials at Adelaide Monday, said a press release.

He also expressed the hope that Bangladesh would compete in the final of the event and he expects to hand over the trophy to Tigers as the champion team.

Meanwhile, Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr Atiur Rahman extended his heartiest congratulations to the cricket team for qualifying in the quarterfinals of the World Cup for the first time.

In a message, National Press Club President Kamal Uddin Sabuj and General Secretary  Syed Abdal Ahmed also congratulated the Bangladesh team.
