IPL chief confident in security despite bombing

NEW DELHI, Apr 18 (AP): - Indian Premier League chief Lalit Modi says security will be "watertight" for the remainder of the tournament after two small bombs exploded outside a Bangalore cricket stadium, injuring 14 people and panicking fans.
