JU annual sports held

The 34th Annual Sports Competition of the Jahangirnagar University (JU) was held at its central field Sunday.
Acting Vice Chancellor of the university Prof Mohammad Moniruzzaman formally inaugurated the sports competition by hoisting the national flag as the chief guest at 9:00 am on the day.
Pro-vice chancellor Prof Farhad Hossain and Treasurer Prof Syed Abdul Hye also attended the sports carnival as the special guests.
Proctor, hall provosts, deans of the faculties, and teachers of the university were also present on the occasion.
