Madaripur, Jessore reach zonal final

Hosts Madaripur and Jessore DSAs moved into the zonal final of the Exim Bank 20th National Women's Handball Championship eliminating their rivals in the semifinals at the Madaripur Stadium Sunday, reports UNB.
The two teams will play the zonal final today (Monday) at 3pm at the same venue.
In the semifinals, Madaripur DSA defeated Narail DSA by 13-5 goals while Jessore DSA outplayed Kushtia DSA by 13-0 goals.
Earlier, in the group matches, Jessore beat Narail by 15-8 goals, Madaripur defeated Kushtia by 16-3 goals while Khulna beat Satkhira by 14-10 goals.
