The match was held at the Bir Shreshta Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mustafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur on Sunday.
Mohammad Hassan put Marine Academy School ahead in the 21st minute (1-0). Moinul Islam Khan levelled the margin for Baptism Mission School in the 28th minute (1-1).
Firoz Alam scored the match winner for Marine Academy in the 35th minute (2-1).
The day's other match between Sylhet Hazi Madris Ali High School and Satkhira Fulbari DS Alim Madrasah ended in a 1-1 draw at the same venue.
Ruhel Ahmed scored for Sylhet School in the very 6th minute (1-0). Al Amin restored the parity for Satkhira School in the 23rd minute (1-1).
