Mashrafe too touches 200-wkt milestone

Bangladesh ODI captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza has become the 3rd cricketer for Bangladesh to reach the milestone of taking 200 wickets in One Day Internationals (ODIs), reports UNB.
He achieved the feat in the 3rd match of the three-match ODI series against South Africa at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium Wednesday.
Spinner Abdur Razzak emerged as the highest wicket-taker for Bangladesh grabbing 207 wickets in 153 matches while World number one all-rounder in all three formats of cricket Shakib Al Hasan also reached the landmark against South Africa in Wednesday's match.
Mashrafe earned the feat dismissing DA Miller (44), caught by Sabbir Rahman, in the last ball of his 4th over of the match.
Mashrafe Bin Mortaza completed his 200 wickets in ODI conceding 6,177 runs with an average of 30.88, including the best figure of 6 for 26 in 157 matches.
Shakib reached the milestone dismissing Faf du Plessis and South Africa's skipper Hashim Amla in the rain-hit series decider of the three-match National Polymer ODI Cricket Series in Chittagong on Wednesday.
The remarkable success for Shakib came off his 156th ODI matches conceding 5,685 runs with an average of 28.42, including the best figure of 4 for 16.
With this feat, Shakib has also become the seventh cricketer after Sanath Jayasuriya, Shahid Afridi, Jacques Kallis, Abdul Razzaq, Chris Harris and Chris Cairns to take 200 wickets and score 4,000 runs in ODIs.
Shakib scored 4,382 runs in 156 matches with an average of 35.33, involving six centuries and 30 half centuries with the best figure of 134 runs.
