Ministerial meet on AFC U-23 held

An inter-ministerial meeting was held Wednesday at the Youth and Sports Ministry conference room to successfully host the AFC U-23 Championship 2016 qualifiers scheduled to be held on March 27-31 at the Bangabandhu National Stadium, reports BSS.

Youth and Sports Secretary Noor Mohammad presided over the meeting. Bangladesh Football Federation officials were also present on the occasion.

Apart from Bangladesh, India Uzbekistan and Syria will compete in the meet.

In the meeting, the youth and sports secretary sought cooperation of the representatives of the ministries concerned, associations and divisions to make the events a success.

The representatives assured the state minister to do their duty properly.
