JAIPUR, Mar 1 (AP): Indian Premier League chairman Lalit Modi lost the presidency of his state cricket association after being voted out Sunday. Modi, who had been chief of the cricket body of northwestern Rajasthan for four years, suffered a 18-13 defeat against career bureaucrat Sanjay Dixit.
