Mohammedan drub Arambagh in Citycell B League

Riding on a hattrick by striker Zahid Hasan Emily, Mohammedan SC drubbed Arambagh KS 7-0 in the day's lone match of the Citycell Bangladesh League at the Bangabandhu National Stadium (BNS) in the city Tuesday, reports UNB.
Emily made the hattrick scoring five goals in the 38th, 44th, 49th, 55th and 89th minutes while Nasir Hossain and Nigerian recruit Alamu Bukola netted one goal each in the 53rd and 57th minutes respectively for the traditional black and white outfit, which led the 1st half 2-0.
With this win, Mohammedan retained the second slot in the league table securing 42 points, four points behind league leaders Abahani Limited while Arambagh KS remained at 7th position with 15 points, both playing 16 matches.
