Mohiuddin steers Winning Star to 135-run win

A seven-wicket haul by Mohammad Mohiuddin guided Winning Star Cricket Club to a 135-run win over Dakkhin Khan NO Sangha in a match of the 3rd Division Qualifying Cricket League at the Dhaka University ground Friday, reports UNB.
Batting first after winning the toss, Winning Star CC scored 192 runs for all in 40 overs with Wasek Mia contributing unbeaten 74 runs while Habibur Rahman made 14.
Delwar Hossain captured three wickets for 33 runs while Shahidul Islam took two for 35 runs.
In reply, Dakkhin Khan NO Sangha were all out for 57 in 17.2 overs. Shahidul Islam made not out 18 while Delwar Hossain, Sabbir Hossain and Asadul Islam scored six runs each.
Mohammad Mohiuddin grabbed seven wickets for 19 runs while Tahsin Hasan took three for 32 runs.
Results of the day's other matches: ACA (134/4) beat Mohakhali Cricket Academy (133/10) by six wickets at the City Club ground, while Young Talent Crickets Academy (105/5) defeated Badda Ekota Blues (104/10) by five wickets at the Dhanmondi Cricket ground.
