M’singh crush Laxmipur

Mymensingh district notched up an 8-0 win against Laxmipur district in the final round match of the JFA Under-14 National Women's Football Championship at Bir Shreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur on Friday, reports UNB.

Ety Akter made a hat-trick scoring three goals in the 16th, 21st and 29th minutes. Selima Akter fired the net twice in the 5th and 49th minutes. Salma, Aniya and Hafsa netted one goal each in the 13th, 58th and 64th minutes respectively.

Rangpur district and Khulna district played out a 2-2 draw in another final round match at the same venue on the day.

Rangpur took the lead in the very 3rd minute with Bristy's score while Nasrin doubled the margin in the 28th minute. Aklima found the net first in the 51st minute and scored the equaliser with her 2nd goal in the 62nd minute for Khulna.
