Bangladesh star Mustafizur Rahman is all set to join the ongoing season of Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League today (Monday), reports UNB.
He will represent Shinepukur Cricket Club in the league.
After returning from New Zealand, he was in rest in his home at Satkhira. In the meantime, he tied the knot with his cousin Samia Parvin Shimu who is a student of Dhaka University.
The left-handed pacer returned to Dhaka last week and started practice on Sunday at the National Cricket Academy at Mirpur. In his first appearance in the ongoing league, Shinepukur will face Gazi Group Cricketers today (Monday) at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
"Before coming back to Dhaka, I trained at home as well. I bowled six overs on the trot today. Now, I'm waiting for playing in the league," Mustafizur told reporters on Sunday.
