Mymensingh, Narayanganj clinch zonal crown

Mymensingh and Narayanganj DFAs clinched the zonal title to reach the final round of the KFC National Women's Football (Super League) Sunday, reports UNB.

Mymensingh DFA emerged zonal champions eliminating hosts Rajshahi DFA by 5-0 goal in the final match of Padma zone at the Rajshahi Muktijoddha Stadium. Sajeda and Marufa struck two goals each while Selina netted one for Mymensingh.Narayanganj DFA smartly clinched the zonal crown crushing Khagrchhari DFA by a massive 7-0 goal at the Luxmipur Stadium Sunday afternoon.

Mithila made a hat-trick scoring three goals while Shukhi and Shanta netted two goals each for the port city team. At the Dinajpur Stadium, Rangpur DFA crushed Lalmonirhat DFA by 11-0 goal with Swapna making a hat-trick scoring five goals.

Besides, Roksana and Ratna struck two goals each while Limu and Mousumi netted one each for the winners.
