Naogaon Zilla Handball League tournament opened

NAOGAON, Sept 11: The Second Naogaon Zilla Handball League tournament was inaugurated at a local stadium on September 1.
Superintendent of Police Sarder Nurul Amin inaugurated the second handball league tournament under the auspices of Naogaon Zilla Krira Sangstha at local stadium at a programme.
Naimuddin Srimiti Sangsad won by 3-0 goals against Manzur Hossain Smriti Sangsad on the opening day.
General secretary of the Zilla Krira Sangstha Zahidul Islam Dholu, convenor of the tournament Shihab Ul Alam and others spoke on the occasion.
On the other hand, Nazipur B-Choudhury Gold Cup football tournament-2007 was inaugurated by local LDP leader Abdur Rouf Mannan as the chief guest.
The inaugural programme was held on Amaipukur football premises at Nazipur of Patnitola Upazila in the district on September 1.
Nazipur Ekota Club won by 6-0 goals against Asantha Janota Club on the first day.
A good number of people enjoyed were the match.
