National Team plays 1-1 draw with All Africa Eleven

Bangladesh National Football Team, now preparing for the next month's SAFF Championship in New Delhi, played to a 1-1 draw with All African Selected XI in the second practice match at Bangabandhu National Stadium in the city Tuesday, reports UNB. Bangladesh National Team conceded 2-3 goals defeat in the first match at the same venue Saturday. In the day's match, national striker Zahid Hasan Emily put Bangladesh team ahead in the 37th minute by a close range placing shot utilizing an Emon Babu pass from right flank (1-0). Emily, however, missed a penalty in the 31st minute when opponent custodian Al Aziz blocked the ball, and immediately Emon Babu got the opportunity, but his re-bounder went miles above the post.
