Narayanganj Govt Women's College earned an emphatic 5-1 goals victory over Dhaka Imperial College in a match of the 11th Delta Life Women's Handball Competition at the Dhanmondi Women's Sports Complex Friday, reports UNB.
The winners led the first half 3-0.
Rehela scored four goals for Narayanganj Govt Women's College, while Tajin netted the consolation goal for Dhaka Imperial College.
In the day's other two matches, Holy Cross College crushed Ispahani Women's School and College by 3-0 goals after dominating the first half 2-0. Naznin struck twice for Holy Cross College.
Mohammadpur Preparatory School and College beat Central Women's College by 2-1 goals after trailing the first half 0-1.
