Bangladesh Football Fed-eration (BFF) has decided not to hold the National Football League and Federation Cup this year, citing the busy international schedule, reports UNB.
But the Federation decided to hold the National Football Championship in November after the Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr.
The decisions were taken at a meeting of the BFF Monday night at the BFF Bhaban.
Under the guidance of newly appointed national coach Syed Nayeemuddin, Bangladesh will compete in the Nehru Cup (August 16-29), Merdeka Tournament (August 19-29) and Borduloi Trophy (October) before playing the SAFF Championship in December.
