Padma Bridge The two-match Test Series between Bangladesh and West Indies beginning today (Thursday) at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua, has been named as Padma Bridge Dream Fulfilled Friendship Test Series, reports UNB.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the 6.15 kilometres long bridge on June 25 at a grand ceremony.
The image of Padma Bridge was also included in the logo of the Test series to introduce the country's dream project with the world.
The series is powered by country's reputed electronics brand "Watlon".
The 2nd Test will be held at Saint Lucia on June 24-28.
