Pepsi-DRU 6-a-side cricket tournament begins today

Pepsi-DRU Inter-Media house six-a-side cricket tournament organised by Dhaka Reporters' Unity begins in the city Saturday, reports UNB.

BCB President Najmul Hasan Papon will inaugurate the tournament as the chief guest.

Pepsi-DRU jointly unveiled the tournament plan from a joint press briefing Friday at Dhaka Reporters' Unity in the city.

A total of 41 teams from print, electronic media and news agencies split in eight groups will take part in the tournament.

The tournament will end on October 24. Sahed Chowdhury, president of DRU, Elias Khan, general secretary of DRU, Md Arif Hossain Market Development Manager of Transcom Beverages Limited, Bangladesh Handball Federation general secretary Asaduzzaman Kohinoor were also present on the occasion.
