Old Ideals Club crushed Victoria SC by 27-14 goals in a match of the 14th Cute Premier Division Handball League at the Outer Stadium Handball ground in the city Tuesday, reports UNB.

Old Ideals Club dominated the first half by 14-9 goals.

Mamun scored highest 13 goals for Old Ideals to be adjudged man of the match. Humayun netted five goals for Victoria SC.

In the day's other match, Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club played to a 22-22 draw with Surjodoy KC, also at the same venue. But Surjodoy KC enjoyed a 10-8 lead in the first half.

Liakat scored seven goals for Surjodoy KC, while Faruq netted six goals for Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club. Heera of Surjodoy KC was later named the player of the match.
