Press Club tennis Emdad becomes champion

Shift-in-Charge of the Financial Express Emdadul Haque became champion in singles of the table tennis competition organised by National Press Club on the occasion of its 56th founding anniversary.
He beat Kazi Raonak Hossain of the Sargam by 2-1. Raonak won the first game by 11-6 points. Emdad clinched the title winning the last two games by 11-8 and 11-9 points. Lutfar Rahman Binu of ABC Radio became third in singles.
Emdad and Bakhtiar Rana of BSS became runner-up in doubles of table tennis. Raonak and Md Anwar Uddin of BSS became champion in doubles.
The competition was held in the hall room of the club. Acting president of the club Syed Akhtar Yusuf participated the competition.
