Rahmatganj play out draw with Farashganj

Rahmatganj Muslim Friends Society played to a 2-2 draw with lowly Farashganj Sporting Club in the Manyavar Bangladesh Premier Football League at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the city Friday, reports UNB.

After the day's match, Rahmatganj MFS remained at the 8th slot in the league table securing 11 points from 13 matches while Farashganj SC at the bottom in the eleven-team fray bagging five points playing 13 matches.

In the day's match, Farashganj SC took the lead in the very 45th second when their Nigerian forward Akinyele Peter headed the ball home, utilising a curved corner kick off defender Farhdauzzaman Babu from left flank (1-0).
