Rahmatganj snatches point from Brothers in goalless draw

Rahmanganj MFS snatched an important point from Brothers' Union Club as their Citycell Bangla-desh League match ended in a goalless draw at the Bir Shresto Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city Wednesday, reports UNB.
With the day's draw, Rahmatganj MFS opened the account in the league after two successive defeats against Farashganj SC and Chittagong Mohammedan SC while Brothers' Union remained at six points playing four matches.
Rahmatganj MFS dominated the match all through against their giant rival Brothers' Union to earn a valuable point.
Brothers' Union failed to manage any clear scoring chance in the whole match.
Rahmatganj managed the first chance in the 34th minute, but a good attempt by their Ugandan player Idris off Chumrin Rakhain pass returned to play hitting the bar.
In the 39th minute, Mamun missed another chance sending the ball outside from vantage position, off an Idris pass.
Nigerian player Felix spoiled a good opportunity in the 37th minute of the 2nd half as his shot narrowly missed the target off a Pashban pass.
