The first phase match between the two sides ended in a goal-less draw.

After a dismal performance in the first phase, Rahmatganj MFS took
the field with a new look on the day as they included four Nigerian booters in their first eleven.
Francis put Rahmatganj MFS ahead in the 17th minute by a right- footed angular from the right side of the D-box after getting an Adeyinka through (1-0).
Then it was the time for Armabagh KS to pay back as Domenic took the crowd present at the big bowl with a stunning left-footed curving shot from around 35 yards in the 27th minute of the match (1-1).
After the lemon break, substitute Mamun replacing Adeyinka scored the winning goal for Rahmatganj MFS in the 80th minute capitalising on a Charles Ikogho minus (2-1).
Apart from scoring a goal, Francis was the star for Rahmatganj MFS on the day as he came close twice -- first in the very second minute when he unleashed a powerful left-footer from around 35 yards, but it missed the target just by a couple of inches.
Then in the 77th minute, his right-footed free-kick from just outside of the right side of the danger zone went narrowly wide after getting a deflection from the opponent's defensive wall.
