Rajshahi thrash M'singh in super league opener

Riding on a hat-trick by Rimon, Rajshahi DSA made a flying start in the five-team super league of the 27th National Hockey Champi-onship as they drubbed Mymensingh DSA by 8-1 goals Thursday, reports UNB.
Rimon made the hat-trick scoring fours goals, Shishu scored two goals while Rajan and Krishna netted one goal each for Rajshahi, which dominated the first half 3-0 at the Moulana Bhasani National Stadium in the city on the day.
Alamgir scored the consolation goal for Mymensingh in the 66th minute from a penalty corner.
