Rangpur seal 2nd straight victory in GSL

Rangpur Riders sealed their second straight victory in the Global Super League (GSL), edging past Australia's Big Bash League (BBL) champions Hobart Hurricanes by one run in a breathtaking contest at Guyana National Stadium in Providence, Guyana on Sunday night, reports BSS.

Pacer Syed Khaled Ahmed led the charge with 4-26 as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) franchise Rangpur kept them unbeaten in the tournament.

Rangpur, also the defending champions of GSL put up 151-6 after being asked to bat first with their Caribbean recruit Kyle Mayers hitting 42 ball-67, a knock laced with eight fours and two sixes.
