Rover Cup begins today

A two-day Rover Cup, Bangladesh's annual equivalent of the Ryder Cup kicks off at the Kurmitola Golf Club today (Friday).
The Dhaka Oddball Golf Society holds the annual tournament, which is played between teams representing Europe and the Rest of the World.
In the competition, which this year will be played over two days, team matches of Greensomes and Foursomes will be played on Friday, with Singles on Saturday.
