Bangladesh skipper Shakib Al Hasan and off-spinner Mehidy Hasan were among players who made a big gain after the second and final Test, which their team won by an innings and 184 runs, reports BSS.
Mehidy moved up 14 spots to No.16 in the MRF Tyres ICC Test Player Rankings for bowlers, his best ever, with a career-high 696 points.
Over to the batting chart, and while there were no changes in the top 20 at the end of Bangladesh's 2-0 series sweep, Shakib moved up seven places to No.21.
Mahmudullah, who top-scored for Bangladesh with 136 from No.7, also gained big, up 15 places to 48th place, but Mominul Haque (down two places to No.26) and Mushfiqur Rahim (down seven to No.28) lost ground.
