Shezaad Akbar Sobhan, Director of Rangpur Riders and representative of title sponsor Safwan Bashundhara Global, Moin Iqbal, Director International of Bangladesh Blind Cricket Council and Regional Development Director Asia of World Blind Cricket Ltd. (WBC), Fazle Rabby Mopasha, Senior Vice President of Bangladesh Blind Cricket Council, among others, were attend the logo unveiling ceremony of the 2nd Edition of the T20 Asia Cup Cricket Tournament for the Blind - Bangladesh 2026 at a press event in the city recently. The tournament will take place from 14th to 20th November 2026 as Bangladesh hosts the Blind Cricket Asia Cup for the first time. Participating nations include the host Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan. Bangladesh Blind Cricket Council organised the event.
