Siam shares 2nd slot after 6th round

Ikramul Haque Siam shared the second slot with four points after the 6th round of the open under-18 Group of the Asian Youth Chess Championships under-14,16 and 18 Open and Girls Categories now being held in New Delhi, India, reports BSS.

Samia Benta Alam Shoshi earned 2.5 points in Girls Under-16, Nova Tasha of Open Under-14 and Saima Benta Alam Saba Girls Under-14 bagged 1.5 point each.

In the 6th round gamed Tuesday, Siam beat Mamatov Melis of Kyrgyzstan and Shoshi beat Aisha Mohamed Al Muaini of UAE.
