Sraboni, Fatema, Susmita win gold in Taekwondo

Sraboni Biswas of Bangladesh Ansar won gold in the women's senior 67-kg weight categories in the Trust Bank 13th Senior/ Junior Taekwondo that began Friday at the National Sports Council Gymnasium, reports BSS.

Afsana of Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation bagged silver while Monira of Gazpur District secured bronze in the same event.

On the other hand, Fatema of Bangladesh Ansar won gold in the women's senior 73-kg weight categories while Santa of BJMC clinched silver medal.  Farzina of Rajshahi University and Tanzila of Cox's Bazar jointly won bronze medal.

Besides, in the women's senior 73-kg plus category, Susmita Islam of Bangladesh Ansar secured gold medal while Afsana of Comilla won silver medal.  Shakila Akter of Rajshahi University and Fouzia of Cox's Bazar jointly clinched bronze medal.
