SWID Nat\\\'l Indoor Games concludes

Walton 1st Society for the Welfare of the Intellectually Disabled (SWID) Bangladesh National Indoor Games Tournament concluded Saturday at the Alamgir MA Kabir Auditorium in the city, reports UNB.
Results of the final day:
Badminton (girls group): Rabeya Khatun (champion); Munni Akther(runnerup); Kaniz Fatema Merry(2nd runnerup).
Badminton (boys group): Tariqul Islam (champion); Haripada Das (rummerup); Monir Hossain(2nd runnerup). Table Tennis (girls group): Farzana Tanzia (champion); Nipa (runnerup); Sultana Murfika Ful (2nd runnerup). Table Tennis (boys group): Rois (champion); Rabbi (runnerup); Dipu (2nd runnerup). Bawchi (girls group): Chameli (champion); Zakia (runnerup); Rumana (2nd runnerup). Bawchi (boys group): Mujahid (champion); Asadullah (runnerup); Tuhin (2nd runnerup).
Each event champions received Tk 3000 as prize money while runnerups Tk 2000 and 2nd-runnerups Tk 1000.
A total of 100 autistic players, including boys and girls took part in the two-day meet organised by Society for the Welfare of the Intellectually Disabled (SWID). State minister for finance and planning MA Mannan distributed prizes among the winners as the chief guest.
